About the Book:
Abuelita makes flan for abuelito every year. This year is Anita’s first year to help. Unfortunately, the very special plate abuelita uses to flip the flan slips out of Anita’s hands and breaks. Anita is afraid Abuelita will be angry with her. She tries to be helpful, but eventually the flan is done and ready to be flipped. Will Anita’s worst fears come true?

Abuelita hace un flan para abuelito cada año. Este año Anita va a ayudar por primera vez. Desafortunadamente, el plato muy especial que Abuelita usa para voltear el flan de le resbala de las manos a Anita y se rompe. Anita tiene miedo que su Abuelita se enoje. Intenta ayudar con el flan pero eventualmente llega la hora de voltearlo. ¿Los peores temores de Anita se harán realidad?
